Protecting workers for over 30 years

Clayton Associates was founded in 1984 and has become an industry leader in hazardous dust aspiration systems. Starting with Jim Clayton’s first asbestos-removal vacuum, the company started a legacy of innovation, constantly improving and enhancing the product line to better meet the needs of workers in automotive, aerospace and industrial applications.

Today, Clayton engineers employ rapid prototyping and on-site testing to produce custom solutions for some of the most technologically advanced aircraft. Clayton is best known for the ability to design solutions to solve specific dust control problems for our aerospace customers. From sanders designed for F-22 Raptor problem areas to custom piping systems that help commercial airlines move more planes through their paint hangars, Clayton solutions are designed to solve our customers’ problems and increase productivity.

In this way, high vacuum central vacuum systems – promote the cleaning of production lines, equipment and floors. With this, it is possible to obtain more efficiency in operations, in addition to avoiding machine downtime.

The working principle of a central vacuum system is very similar to vacuum cleaners used in a domestic environment, although they have a much more robust construction. Therefore, these equipments aspire all the particles from different surfaces, being collected by means of cleaning devices installed in several places in the factories.

Centralized high vacuum aspiration systems are perfect for particulate removal. Likewise, they work effectively in cleaning floors, surfaces, machines and equipment.

In addition to operating economically and environmentally friendly, high-vacuum systems move particles without forming dust clouds. Likewise, they significantly reduce the risk of accidents and illnesses generated by the concentration of particles in the environment.
