MODULAR COMPRESSED AIR TREATMENT ELEMENTS.
Reliable compressed air treatment is essential to combat the problems caused by air system contamination. Contamination in the form of dust, oil and water can cause the following problems:

Damage to production equipment, air motors, air tools, valves and cylinders
Premature and unplanned replacement of desiccant in absorption dryers

There are a variety of products and filtration grades to give you peace of mind, whatever your air quality needs. To meet a variety of needs, filters are available in four filtration grades.
– universal protection. Allows removal of particles larger than 1 micron, including water and oil aerosols
– high efficiency oil filtration and high efficiency dust filtration. Particle removal is greater than 0.01 micron, including water and oil aerosols.
– Elimination of oil vapor and hydrocarbon odors, resulting in a maximum residual oil content of <0.003 mg/m³ (<0.003 ppm) at 21°C (precede with a C-grade filter)
– Removal of dust particles up to 1 micron

With low pressure differential at startup and remaining low, these filters offer a solution for applications that require high performance filtration without the usual high energy operating costs. They provide clean, high-quality air.
PRETECH’s FRL modular series reduces the installation space of compressed air lines and its treatment units increase the useful life of pneumatic equipment, due to the improvement in air quality provided by the new technology of the AIRTECH system (piston) .
All elements are manufactured with high quality material parts and are subjected to demanding tests before leaving the factory.
They are also equipped (filters and lubricators) with an outer protective metal cup.
