Pneumatic tools are air compressor tools, which capture atmospheric air and compress it to generate energy. It is an equipment used both in joinery and in industries, in vehicles, furniture, workshops and other places. In a mechanical system, in addition to levers, belts and gears, many of these industrial equipment have hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This compressed air system is very similar to the hydraulic system, but the latter works with oil under pressure, while the first pressure is generated by air compression.

Both systems positively influence industrial and production processes, making the work carried out by these machines happen faster and safer. Pneumatics, as it performs repetitive work, facilitating and streamlining the production processes of employees, ends up providing adequate energy for the functionality of various types of tools and machines.

We know that atmospheric air is a mixture of gases that are concentrated in the Earth’s atmosphere and it is this air that is used in the compression that will move the cylinders and engines of a machine, where they are controlled by valves and which must always be providing constant flow and pressure in its functioning. In this system, we have two types of pneumatic tools, positive displacement compressors are those capable of storing large amounts of air in closed chambers, which can be piston or screw, and the second group of pneumatic tools are the dynamics that drive the air through a centrifuge that generates air acceleration and pushes them through a pressure generated by the movement and can be classified by radial or axial centrifuge.

For these pneumatic tools to work in perfect conditions, it is necessary that the air quality is favorable for use, without impurities, with flow, pressure, lubrication and no retained moisture. These pneumatic tools can vary between low, medium and high pressure and for the operation of these tools to happen as desired, the air goes through a series of treatments carried out by equipment responsible for measuring the compound properties in this used air, where it goes through a process of pressure control, a humidity filter and lubrication with specific and essential oils for the perfect functioning of the pneumatic tools.
